The Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP)

The Neighborhood Stabilization Program provides grants to municipalities to purchase foreclosed or abandoned homes and to rehabilitate and resell the homes to qualified low-moderate income buyers. Affordable housing units will be developed and available for sale in several municipalities in South Jersey.

Medford Township Age-Restricted Affordable Housing

Affordable Age-Restricted Homes are available in Medford Township to individuals that meet certain income limits as determined by the New Jersey Council on Affordable Housing.  The head of household must be a minimum age of 55 years.

The lottery took place on August 6, 2010. Applicants will be notified of their lottery selection number by mail.

Triad Associates has been designated to act as the program Administrative Agent to qualify and assist home buyers through the application process.
