Applications are currently being accepted for affordable units in two Ryan Homes communities in Deptford, NJ; The Landings and Tanyard Acres. Applications will be accepted until June 15, 2012. All applicants will be entered into a lottery to be held on June 18, 2012.  

Four units will be available at The Landings and will be ready for occupancy in September 2012; The units at the Landings will be duplex homes. Thirteen units will be constructed at Tanyard Oaks and available for occupancy in early 2013. The units at Tanyard Oaks will be single family units. The affordable units will only be available to qualified low-moderate income households.  Purchase price for two and three bedroom units will range from $53,000 to $150,616 depending on your income.

Willingboro Township Affordable Apartments (Avery Townhomes)

The Pre-Application process for the lottery for affordable rental apartments located in the Avery Townhome Apartments development is CLOSED ..  

All qualified pre-applications were entered into a lottery held on April 10, 2012.  Applicants selected through the lottery will be required to submit income documentation, and pass a credit check in order to qualify. If you are selected through the lottery for the initial units, you will be contacted before May 15, 2012.  If you are not selected, your name will remain on the list for units available in 2013.

Six affordable apartments (One and Two Bedroom units)will be ready for occupancy by June, 2012.  Additional affordable units, including three bedroom units, will be available in 2013.

 

The NSP Program(Homes For Sale in Bridgeton and Paulsboro, NJ)

The application process is currently open for purchasing affordable two to four bedroom homes. The homes are located in Bridgeton City and Paulsboro and are priced starting at $80,000. Families earning between 50% and 120% of the area's median income are eligible to apply; a family of four can earn up to $93,350. Applicants will be required to have a minimum credit score of 620 (with no recent judgments or bankruptcies) in order to obtain mortgage pre-approval. Down payment and closing cost assistance may be available.
